              知识点(二)弦子舞蹈的风格特点与动作讲解

1.“弦子”的舞蹈风格特点

弦子舞是一种集歌、舞、乐为一体的综合性艺术,曲调繁多,歌词丰富,舞步多变。弦子舞的舞姿刚柔兼备,优美舒展。男子重在舞靴、跺脚,显示豪放粗犷的男性美;女性突出舞动长袖,给人以轻柔舒展的感觉。

此外,在点步、拖步、撩步、晃袖以及模拟孔雀等姿态动作的渲染下,使整个舞蹈 语汇丰富、姿态潇洒。伴着弦子的颤音和旋律,挥动长袖、迈步起舞。琴声、舞蹈、音乐完美的融为一体。

2. “弦子”舞蹈的基本动作特点

弦子舞舞步圆润、舒展,曲调悠扬、流畅,舞蹈中的"拖步"、"点步"、"靠步"、"晃袖"等动作很有特色。他们在动律上还普遍存在“三步一变”“四步回转”的共同规律。下面我们就来一起学习几种跳弦子舞常用的舞姿步伐:

三步一靠:从字面上理解,就是走三步靠一下。首先要把握走的动作,重拍向上,膝部屈伸要连贯;迈步时脚延地面平稳迈出,不要抬得太高;姿态柔和优美。做靠步时,要注意动力腿屈膝上抬的时候,膝部主动上提、脚尖自然下垂;向下靠时,脚后跟主动下踩,屈伸动作连贯而富有韧性。

三步一撩:步伐在颤动律的基础上,重拍下颤,步伐自由欢快。撩步时是由膝部带动,先将腿吸起再向前或旁撩出。是弯曲到伸直的过程。

拖步:顾名思义就是双脚尽量贴服地面拖行,动作随意自然。

Knowledge Point 2 Explanation of the Style Characteristics and Movements of Xianzi Dance


1.The dance style characteristics of "Xianzi"      Xianzi Dance is a comprehensive art form integrating song, dance and music. It features a wide variety of tunes, rich lyrics and diverse dance steps. The postures of the Xianzi dance are both firm and gentle, elegant and expansive. Men focus on dancing their boots and stomping their feet, showcasing their bold and rugged masculine beauty. Women prominently dance with long sleeves, giving people a gentle and relaxed feeling.      In addition, the dance is rich in vocabulary and elegant in posture, with the embellishment of movements such as tapping steps, dragging steps, lifting steps, swinging sleeves and imitating peacocks. Accompanied by the trill of the string and the melody, she waved her long sleeves and danced with steps. The sound of the piano, the dance and the music are perfectly integrated.


2.The basic movement characteristics of the "Xianzi" dance

     The steps of the Xianzi dance are round and graceful, and the melody is melodious and smooth. The movements such as "dragging steps", "pointing steps", "leaning steps" and "swinging sleeves" in the dance are very distinctive. They also generally share the common rule of "changing every three steps" and "turning around every four steps" in their dynamic laws. Now let's learn together several commonly used dance postures and steps in the Xianzi dance:      

     "Lean against each other every three steps" literally means to lean against each other every three steps. First of all, you need to master the movement of walking. The heavy tapping should be upward, and the flexion and extension of the knees should be continuous. When taking steps, keep your feet steadily along the ground and don't lift them too high. The posture is gentle and graceful. When doing the leaning step, pay attention to the fact that when the dynamic leg bends and is lifted, the knee should be lifted actively and the toes should hang naturally. When leaning down, the heel actively steps down, and the flexion and extension movements are smooth and flexible.    

     Three steps and one flutter: The steps are based on the quivering rhythm, with a heavy beat that quivers down, and the steps are free and cheerful. When taking a step, it is driven by the knees. First, the legs are lifted up and then pushed forward or to the side. It is the process from bending to straightening.
