I. Give the students some time to look at the  picture at page 51. Discuss the questions:

 

1. Where does Susan study?

 

2. What do the students study in Susan’s school?

 

3. Do the students like their school?

Presentation

 
 

I. Ask the students to read the words and  expressions in the box of exercise 1 at page 51 before the students begin to  learn the text.

 

II. Ask the students to listen and read the text.  The students get help from the others or their teachers when they have some  difficulties while reading.

 

III. Ask the students to read the text again and  finish exercise 3 at page 51.

 

IV. Ask them to read the text again and finish  exercise 4 at page 52.

 

V. Give the students some advices on reading skills,  using the learning tips on page 51.
