本课程是通信工程、电子工程、电子科学与技术等专业的一门专业基础核心课程。通过本课程的学习，学生应能掌握信号分析与线性系统的基本理论及分析方法，应能建立简单电路与系统的数学模型，并对数学模型求解。通过本课程的学习，学生主要掌握以下知识：信号的概念及分类方法，系统的概念及分类方法；连续时间系统的时域分析；连续信号的傅里叶变换；拉普拉斯变换、连续时间系统的S域分析；离散时间信号的傅里叶变换与离散时间系统的时域分析；离散时间系统的变换域分析。信号流图的概念及系统函数的表示；连续时间系统及离散时间系统的状态方程的建立和求解方法。
