       Welcome to the course of "Sensors Installation, Adjustment and Testing for Intelligent Connected Vehicles". The automotive industry is undergoing a digital transformation, and the development of intelligent connected vehicles has become a new path for China's automotive industry to leapfrog. The development of intelligent connected vehicle technology is one of the inevitable trends of promoting the high-end, intelligent, and green development of manufacturing industries, and is an important measure to plug the shortcomings of driving safety in cars.
          This course combines theory and practice to provide a comprehensive understanding of the definition, characteristics, composition, working principle, technical parameters, and applications of the core sensors in intelligent connected vehicles, including ultrasonic radar, millimeter wave radar, lidar, visual sensors, and combined navigation systems. It also analyzes the detection, assembly, interconnection debugging, and fault diagnosis tasks for intelligent sensors according to the relevant standards in the "Vocational Skill Level Standard for Intelligent Sensor Testing and Adjustment" to provide a closed-loop design for each learning task, including task introduction, task analysis, task preparation, task implementation, and task evaluation. It also provides teaching resources such as work orders, exercises, electronic courseware, and videos. In terms of content selection, the course team conducted multiple discussions with relevant teaching experts and enterprise experts to carefully arrange seven projects, including cognition of intelligent connected vehicle sensors, assembly and calibration of ultrasonic radar, assembly and calibration of millimeter wave radar, assembly and calibration of laser radar, assembly and calibration of visual sensors, assembly and calibration of combined navigation system, and intelligent sensor calibration technology. The team aimed to combine theory and practice and reflect new technologies and processes.
        Through this course, students can not only familiarize themselves with the relevant theoretical knowledge of intelligent connected vehicles and core sensor technologies, but also acquire practical skills in assembling, calibrating, and diagnosing intelligent sensors. This will enhance the talent pool in the intelligent connected vehicle industry and lay a foundation for the digital transformation of the automotive industry.
       To facilitate better understanding and enhance learning efficiency, each work task in the course is accompanied by corresponding courseware. For difficult and key knowledge points, micro-lectures are provided. For core skill points, there are also demonstration videos for practical operation. In addition, each work task has a unit test, allowing students to test their learning effectiveness in a timely manner. This can help students identify and fill in knowledge gaps. For students with extra energy, additional exploratory learning materials are available. 
      欢迎走进《智能网联汽车传感器装调与检测》课程。汽车产业正处于数字化转型变革时期,智能网联汽车产业发展已成为我国汽车产业快速跃升的新路径。智能网联汽车技术的发展,是“推动制造业高端化、智能化、绿色化发展”的必然趋势之一,是补齐汽车驾驶安全短板的重要措施。
      以理论与实践相结合,针对智能网联汽车核心传感器技术,深入解析了智能网联汽车超声波雷达、毫米波雷达、激光雷达、视觉传感器、组合导航系统的定义、特点、组成、工作原理、技术参数与应用,也参照《智能网联汽车测试装调职业技能等级标准》中智能传感器测试装调的相关标准,对其检测、装配、联机调试、故障诊断等学习任务进行了分析,每个学习任务按照任务导入、任务分析、任务准备、任务实施、任务评价进行闭环设计,并配套提供了工单、习题、电子课件、视频等教学资源。
      在内容选择上,课程团队与相关教学专家、企业专家进行了多次研讨,精心安排了智能网联汽车传感器的认知、超声波雷达的装配与调试、毫米波雷达的装配与调试、激光雷达的装配与调试、视觉传感器的装配与调试、组合导航系统的装配与调试、智能传感器联合标定技术等7个项目,力求理论与实践相结合,体现了新工艺、新技术。
      通过本课程的学习,既能熟悉智能网联汽车及其核心传感器技术的相关理论知识,又能在实践中掌握智能传感器的装配、调试及故障诊断,充实智能网联汽车行业的人才储备,为汽车产业数字化转型变革奠定基础。
      为了更有利于知识的理解和学习效率的提升,课程中每个工作任务均配备了相应的课件;对于重难点知识还配备了微课讲解;对于核心技能点也配套有实操演示视频。此外,每个工作任务都设置有单元测试,同学们可以及时的检验学习效果,从而帮助同学们查漏补缺。对于学有余力的同学还可以通过学习资料进行相关拓展性学习。

教学方法

Guided by the actual project of intelligent networked automobile sensor installation and detection, the whole project is broken down into 7 typical real work tasks of enterprises, and the subjective initiative of students is stimulated by task driving, and the real jobs and scenarios are simulated according to the work tasks, and the teaching is carried out based on the work process. Various teaching methods such as situational teaching, role playing, and experimental exploration are adopted to implement standardized operation skills into post roles, integrate 1+X vocational skill standards into virtual and real operations, present new technical achievements in practical operation training, highlight the subject position of students in teaching, and achieve "learning in tasks, growing in posts, becoming stronger in competitions, and improving in research".

以智能网联汽车传感器装调与检测实战项目为引领,将整个项目分解成7个企业典型真实的工作任务,通过工作任务驱动激发学员的主观能动性,并依据工作任务模拟真实工作岗位和场景,基于工作过程展开教学。采用情景教学、角色扮演、实验探究等多种教学方法,将规范的操作技能落实到岗位角色中,将1+X职业技能标准融入虚实操作中,将新技术成果呈现于实操训练中,突出学员在教学中的主体地位,实现“在任务中学习,在岗位中成长,在竞赛中变强,在考证中提升”。

教学条件

  1. Intelligent networked vehicle sensor installation and testing training room: It is a comprehensive innovative practical teaching base integrating theoretical teaching, virtual simulation, skill practice, teacher training, competition cultivation and other functions. It is divided into three functional areas, namely the virtual and real classroom (3D virtual simulation system is available), the testing workshop, and the teaching equipment resource management area, which is supported by 5 autonomous vehicles, 5 sets of diagnostic platforms, and 5 sets of special diagnostic and maintenance tool assembly sets.

  2. Information equipment: It is equipped with 3 large-screen all-in-one machines, 35 student tablet computers, 3D virtual simulation system, VR virtual simulation system (disassembly), and learning platform, which can meet the online live teaching of teachers and assist practical teaching, and can meet the operation of 5 groups at the same time, and show the practical operation process from multiple perspectives. Multi-screen interaction, group exploration, remote video, course recording and broadcast, learning behavior data collection.

1.智能网联汽车传感器装调与检测实训室:是集合理论教学、 虚拟仿真、技能实践、教师研修、大赛培育等多功能于一体的综合性创新实践教学基地。共分为三大功能区域,即理虚实教室(可用3D虚拟仿真系统)、检测车间、教学设备资源管理区,配套有自动驾驶汽车 5 辆、诊断平台 5 套、专用诊断维修工具总成套装5套等。

2.信息化设备:配有大屏一体机3台、学生平板电脑35个、3D虚拟仿真系统、VR虚拟仿真系统(拆装)、学习通平台,满足教师线上直播教学,辅助实操教学,可满足5个小组操作同时直播投屏,多视角、全方位展示实操过程。实现了多屏互动、小组探究、远程视频、课程录播和直播、学习行为数据采集。

教学效果

Based on the production process, the theoretical knowledge runs through each work process, and the students master the key skills in doing the learning, truly make the students as the main body, and enhance the students' ability to link theory with practice. The practical training operation is virtual and then practical operation, which ensures that everyone has practical training, improves the proficiency and strengthens the standardization, saves the time cost of practical operation teaching, and reduces the equipment consumption rate. In practical training, the error rate has been reduced, and in actual combat maintenance, the ability has been advanced. The craftsman spirit and labor spirit permeate the whole teaching process, and the students embody the spirit of perseverance, focus and excellence. After the implementation of teaching, the comprehensive score of students reached 71.8% above excellent, and 100% of students reached qualified, effectively achieving the teaching goal.

基于生产过程,理论知识贯通每个工作过程,学员在做中学掌握技能要点,真正做到以学生为主体,并提升了学员理论联系实践的能力。实训操作先虚拟后实车实操,保证了人人有实训,提高熟练度强化规范性,节约实操教学的时间成本,降低设备耗损率。在实操训练中犯错率逐次下降,在实战维修中学以致用,能力层层递进。工匠精神、劳动精神渗透教学全过程,学生体现出执着专注、精益求精的精神风貌。实施教学后,学生综合评分在优良以上达71.8%,100%学生达到合格,有效达成了教学目标。
