二、课程性质与任务
本课程是日语专业学生的一门公共通识必修课。此课程是以英语语言知识与应用技能、跨文化交际和学习策略为主要内容、以外语教学理论为指导并集多种教学模式和教学手段为一体的教学体系,对提高日语专业学生的第二外语语言技能及今后的学习和发展具有重要作用。
本课程的主要任务是通过课堂教学和课内外训练与探讨,以及通过语言基础知识传授和基本技能训练,扩大学生的英语词汇量,使学生熟练掌握各类英语句型,并逐步提高其英语阅读理解能力;通过各种课堂教学和课内外交际活动,培养学生基本的听力理解、口语表达、翻译和书面表达能力,以达到日语专业学生英语语言作为第二外语的要求。同时,通过学习英语,也使日语专业的学生能从宏观和微观上理解英语和日语两种不同语系语言的区别和联系,从而促进学生对于日语专业的学习和运用;培养学生的跨文化交际和语言综合应用能力,使他们在今后的学习、工作和社交活动中能用日、英两种外语进行有效的交流与沟通;提高学生的综合文化素养,以适应社会发展、经济建设和国际交流的需要。
三、课程目标
学生通过本课程学习应达到如下目标:
(一)知识与技能目标
课程目标1:掌握英语语音、词汇、语法、篇章及语用等语言知识。
课程目标2:听力理解能力:能基本听懂就日常话题展开的简单英语交谈;能基本听懂语速较慢、内容较简单的音、视频材料,基本掌握中心大意和主要内容;能基本听懂用英语讲授的相应级别的英语课程;能运用简单基本的听力技巧。
课程目标3:口头表达能力:能就日常话题用英语进行简短的交谈;能对日常熟悉的事件和物体进行较为简单的叙述或描述;经准备后能就所熟悉的问题做简要回答;能就日常学习生活相关主题进行简单讨论。语言表达结构基本清晰,语音、语调和语法等基本符合语言规范。能运用简单基本的会话技巧。
课程目标4:阅读理解能力:能基本读懂题材熟悉、语言难度较低的英语报刊文章和其他英语材料;能借助词典阅读英语教材和未来工作、生活中常见的简单应用文,基本掌握中心大意,基本理解主要事实和相关细节;基本能根据阅读目的不同和阅读材料的难易,适当调整阅读速度和方法;能运用简单基本的阅读技巧。
课程目标5:书面表达能力:能用英语简单描述个人经历、观感、情感和发生的事件等;能写常见的简单应用文;能就日常生活相关话题或提纲以短文的形式展开简短的讨论、解释、说明等,语言结构基本完整,中心思想基本明确,用词基本恰当,语意基本连贯,能运用简单基本的写作技巧。
课程目标6:翻译能力:能借助词典对题材熟悉、结构清晰、语言难度较低的段落进行英汉互译,译文基本准确,无重大的理解和语言表达错误。能有限的运用简单的翻译技巧。
(二)思政育人目标
课程目标7: 根据课程内容融入思政元素,将价值引领、知识传授与技能培养融为一体,尊重中西方文化差异,引导学生树立远大理想、文化自信和家国情怀,树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观,培养学生的批判性思维及创新意识。

五、课程考核及成绩评定
本课程考核环节包括过程考核和期末考试,总评成绩以百分计,满分 100 分。本课程采用闭卷考试形式,试卷的命题根据《第二外语(英语I)课程教学大纲》规定和授课内容确定测试内容和范围,考查学生的英语语言知识及实际运用英语语言的能力。试题紧扣教学大纲和命题计划,与英语四、六级题型保持一致,题型结构整体安排合理,题量和难易程度适中。考核内容包括听力、词汇与语法结构、阅读、翻译和写作。学期末由任课教师命题和阅卷。平时成绩占总成绩的40%,期末考试占总成绩的60%。本课程考核项目、建议值及考核要求如下。

40% 课堂考勤 20 (1)根据学生出勤打分,按100分制评分。缺勤、旷课每次扣3分,最终成绩按比例计入课程过程考核总成绩;

课堂表现 30 (1)考查学生回答问题及讨论情况;
(2)考查学生课堂笔记记录情况;
(3)考查学生口语表达能力。
作业 30 (1)每学期批改作业不得少于五次,按百分制计,以5分为一个档,有所区分;
(2)主要考核学生对每单元知识点的理解和掌握程度;
(3)作业按百分制评分,取各次成绩的平均值作为此环节的最终成绩,并按比例计入课程过程考核总成绩。
网络学习 20 (1)考查学生各单元线上任务完成情况。
(2)考查学生各单元主题下音视频资源的自主学习情况。
(3)考查学生各单元主题讨论的参与情况。
期末考试
60% (1)考核方式:闭卷考试,卷面成绩100分。卷面成绩按比例计入课程总评成绩;
(2)考核内容:听力理解能力;词汇和语法结构掌握情况;阅读理解能力;英语语言综合应用能力;
(3)考核题型:第一部分写作;第二部分听力理解;第三部分词汇和语法结构;第四部分阅读理解;第五部分翻译。
