课程介绍
《卫生政策学》是卫生事业管理专业本科生的选修课程，本课程以介绍卫生政策理论与分析方法为主，注重理论联系实际，以政策的基本理论为核心，形成三个教学模块：当前卫生政策制定的相关情况、关于政策理论的研究(分析、发展、执行和评价)与案例分析。在教学中，实施以案例为中心的研讨型教学法，通过案例讨论与课堂讲课相结合，使学生掌握卫生政策理论，引导学生了解并分析在中国特有国情下，应用相关理论时所遇到的问题。并思考如何将中国的卫生政策制定融入国际大背景中去，以及如何借鉴国际经验来发展中国的卫生政策制度。开设这门课目的在于通过学习，使学生能掌握卫生政策的基本理论和分析方法，培养学生分析和解决卫生领域的实际问题的能力。 《Health Policy》 is a major selective course of students for health service management. This course mainly introduces the health policy theory and analysis method, paying attention to connect theory with practice. Taking basic theory of heath policy as the center the course is divided into five teaching modules: the current health policy, the study of the theories about policy (analysis, development, implementation and evaluation) and case analysis. In the teaching, teaching method is combination of case-centered discussion and lectures. This method can make students master the theory of health policy and guide students to understand and analyze the difficulties and problems caused by the application of related theories in the specific conditions in China. Besides, it guides students to think about how to draw lessons from international experiences to promote the development of health policy in China. The aim of the subject is to make students master the basic theory of health policy and analysis methods and to cultivate students’ ability to analyze and solve practical problems in the field of health.
