《跨文化交际》是构建跨文化理论、跨文化系统知识以及培养学生跨文化基本技能的一门通识课程。该课程以跨文化交际中实际案例作为引领，促进学生对中西方文化差异性和多样性的感知与理解，逐步提升学生跨文化交际的实践能力。通过本课程的学习，使学生能获得跨文化交际学的基本理论、基本知识与基本技能，为学生在未来职场中能更好地开展跨文化交流活动做好准备，培养学生具备一定的国际化视野和跨文化人格。
