This course is designed to introduce basic theories, principles and methods of the hospitality management. The course content includes the concept , characteristic and types of hotel; the development process of hotel industry; the basic structure, organizational regulation of hotel industry; and the management of services and products that hotels deliver to customers.
1.The course will share high-quality teaching resources with ChaoXing and other online platforms.
2.The course will take teachers as the guide and students as the main part of learning .
3.Online + offline, knowledge acquisition + independent thinking will be the teaching and learning methods.
