人身保险实务是保险学专业实践课平台的课程。为了贯彻教育部关于加强高等教育人才培养工作的意见，我校根据高等教育的教学特点及培养一流应用型保险人才的目标，建立起仿真的 “人身保险业务模拟系统”环境，供学生实训之用。“人身保险业务模拟系统”是建立在计算机软件、硬件和网络技术的有机结合的基础之上的，主要内容包括：系统概述、业务处理说明、业务管理说明、程序系统管理说明等内容。该系统最大的优点是具有很强的实用性和可操作性。人身保险实训课就是以该系统为依托，在仿真的“人身保险业务模拟系统”环境中使学生熟悉保险公司业务的主要流程，帮助其加深理解理论知识，使之成为合格的应用型保险人才。     
Life insurance practice is a required course of practice course platform of insurance major. In order to implement the opinions of the Ministry of education on strengthening the personnel training of higher education, our university has established a simulated environment of "life insurance business simulation system" for students' practical training according to the teaching characteristics of higher education and the goal of training first-class application-oriented insurance personnel. "Life  insurance business simulation system" is based on the organic combination of computer software, hardware and network technology. The main contents include: system overview, business processing description, business management description, program system management description, etc. The biggest advantage of this system is its practicability and operability. Life insurance training course is based on the system. In the simulated "life insurance business simulation system" environment, students are familiar with the main business processes of insurance companies, help them to deepen their understanding of theoretical knowledge, and make them qualified application-oriented insurance talents.
