课程介绍
Polymer introduction is a major independent course designed for Textile Engineering major. This course aims to allow students with basic education in general chemistry/organic chemistry and textile engineering to gain a big picture of important topics in polymer science and technology in the overall material and textile manufacturing, characterizations and applications. Students are expected to master basic knowledge of fundamental polymer chemistry related to textiles and gain the capability of applying the knowledge of polymer chemistry and physics in textile industry in order to meet the requirements for Research & Development positions, as well as technical support positions.
