有机金属化学是一门新兴的交叉学科,其发展速度非常快。在本课程中,学生将学习金属有机化学的历史,以及金属有机化合物的结构、键合和反应,重点介绍金属有机化学的基本原理和基元反应,从基元反应的角度对金属有机化合物参与的有机合成反应进行归纳和详尽分析,还介绍如何从基元反应出发设计新的有机合成反应。此外,还在理解反应机理的基础上学习金属化、取代、消除、工业上重要的催化循环、及亲电和亲核反应等。课程讲授中充分反映当前有机合成中金属有机化学的发展动态,及对于反应设计能力的培养。要求学生熟练掌握金属有机化学的基本原理和基元反应,并能够灵活应用基元反应来阐析反应机理,初步掌握从基元反应出发设计新的有机合成反应。 Organometallic chemistry is an interdisciplinary science which continues to grow at a rapid pace. Although there is continued interest in synthetic and structural studies the last decade has seen a growing interest in the potential of organometallic chemistry to provide answers to problems in catalysis synthetic organic chemistry and also in the development of new materials. In this course, the students will study the history of organometallic chemistry, as well as the structure, bonding, and the reactions of organometallic compounds, with emphasis on basic mechanisms. The basic principles and elementary reactions of metal-organic chemistry are introduced, and the organic synthesis reactions in which organometallic compounds are involved are summarized and analyzed in detail from the point of view of elemental reactions. This course also introduces how to design a new organic synthesis reaction based on the elementary reaction. Additionally, metalation, substitution, elimination, industrially important catalytic cycles, and electrophilic reactions are considered on a mechanistic basis. Although this course is concerned primarily with transition metal organometallic chemistry, the properties of s and p block organometallics may be considered.
