副教授，高级技师，IET国际工程师，1+X光伏电站运维等级证书培训教师、考评员，中国电力行业光伏发电运维值班员、风力发电运维值班员高级考评员。国家首批国家级职业教育教师教学创新团队骨干成员，校级第五届“教学名师”，连续8年获校级“十佳教师”、“优秀教师”荣誉称号。主持省部级教改课题5项、市厅级科研课题2项，出版教材1部。指导学生职业技能竞赛获得国赛二等奖2项、区赛一等奖1项；获得区级教学技能比赛二等奖1项、三等奖1项。
Associate Professor, Senior Technician, IET International Professional Engineer, certified trainer and assessor for the 1+X PV Power Station Operation & Maintenance certificate, senior assessor for PV and wind-power O&M attendants accredited by the China Electricity Council. Core member of the first national vocational-education teaching innovation team, the university’s 5th “Distinguished Teaching Professor,” and recipient of the “Top Ten Teachers” and “Excellent Teacher” awards for eight consecutive years. Has led five provincial/ministerial teaching-reform projects and two municipal research projects, and has published one textbook. Guided students to two second prizes in national vocational skills competitions and one first prize in regional competitions; personally received one second prize and one third prize in regional teaching-skills contests.

邱彪Qiu Biao

能源动力与环境工程学院 广西电力职业技术学院

副教授、中级双师型教师，工学硕士（机械电子工程专业），在读博士（电气工程专业），1+X证书考评员（运动控制系统开发与应用）。
主授课程：《风电场运行与监控》、《风力发电机组检修与维护》《低压电器与PLC应用技术》等。获得自治区教育教学技能大赛获二等奖1项，三等奖2项，指导学生参加省部级以上技能竞赛获一等奖2项、二等奖6项，三等奖10余项。  
Associate Professor, Intermediate Dual-Qualified Teacher, Master of Engineering (Mechatronics), Ph.D. candidate in Electrical Engineering, 1+X Certificate Assessor (Motion Control System Development and Application).
Main courses taught: Wind Farm Operation and Monitoring, Wind Turbine Maintenance and Overhaul, Low-Voltage Electrical Apparatus and PLC Application Technology.
Awards: one second prize and two third prizes in the Autonomous Region’s Education and Teaching Skills Competition; has guided students to win more than twenty provincial/ministerial-level awards, including two first prizes, six second prizes, and over ten third prizes.

讲师，首批国家创新教学团队教师 ，“互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛广西区选拔赛优秀创新创业指导老师，实用新型专利4项，软件著作权2项；获得 全国电力职业教育教学成果奖一等奖一次（成员），广西职业教育自治区级教学成果奖一等奖两次（成员），指导学生参加全国职业院校技能大赛获二等奖1次 ，“互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛广西区选拔赛金奖一项，银奖若干项。 主要教授课程为《风电场运行与监控》、《机械基础及应用》。
Lecturer, founding member of the first national innovative teaching team, Outstanding Innovation and Entrepreneurship Mentor in the Guangxi Regional “Internet+” College Students Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition. Holder of four utility-model patents and two software copyrights. Core recipient of the First Prize in the National Power Vocational Education Teaching Achievement Award and two First Prizes in the Guangxi Vocational Education Teaching Achievement Award.
