课程介绍

《中国海绵城市》国情教育课程是面对留学生开设的国情教育课程。海绵城市是中国生态文明建设的重要组成部分,开展中国海绵城市学习教育为推动全球应对城市雨水问题、共建共享美好家园发挥了重要而独特的作用。课程分为“中国海绵城市发展历程”和“海绵城市规划建设”两个方向,由北京建筑大学城市雨水系统与水环境教育部重点实验室的知名教授、行业知名专家讲授中国海绵城市建设理念、政策与试点城市建设实践、海绵城市建设项目规划、设计、施工、评价、运维全过程核心要点。包括课程讲授、主题讲座、实践调研,采用线上线下结合方式,共32学时。包含十大主题:国内外城市雨水管理发展及其中国经验、海绵城市建设与合流制溢流污染控制、海绵城市规划设计理论与实践、城市雨水系统的气候变化适应能力提升、海绵城市建设评价体系及成效、中国古代城市雨水管理智慧:老城雨水项目、海绵城市建设源头减排设施效能:北京建筑大学海绵校园、海绵城市建设与城市排水防涝:北京老城水系、海绵城市建设绿色基础设施规划设计:北京奥林匹克公园、中国海绵城市试点城市建设实践成果:北京城市副中心(通州)。本课程的开设有助于强化国家战略对接、促进国际合作与交流、提高中国软实力、培育国际视野的生态文明使者。 The "China Sponge City" national education course is a course offered to international students. Sponge city is an important part of China's ecological civilization construction. Conducting learning and education on sponge cities in China plays an important and unique role in promoting the global response to urban rainwater issues and jointly building and sharing a beautiful home. The course is divided into two directions: "The development process of sponge cities in China" and "Planning and construction of sponge cities". Renowned professors and well-known industry experts from the Key Laboratory of Urban Stormwater System and Water Environment of the Ministry of Education of Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture will teach the core points of the entire process of China's sponge city construction concepts, policies, and construction practices in pilot cities, as well as the planning, design, construction, evaluation, and operation and maintenance of sponge city construction projects. It includes course lectures, thematic lectures, and practical investigations, adopting a combination of online and offline methods, with a total of 32 class hours. It contains ten major themes: the development of urban rainwater management at home and abroad and China's experience, sponge city construction and combined sewer overflow pollution control, the theory and practice of sponge city planning and design, the improvement of the climate change adaptability of urban rainwater systems, the evaluation system and effectiveness of sponge city construction, the wisdom of ancient Chinese urban rainwater management: old city rainwater projects, the effectiveness of source reduction facilities for sponge city construction: the sponge campus of Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture, sponge city construction and urban drainage and waterlogging prevention: the old city water system in Beijing, the planning and design of green infrastructure for sponge city construction: Beijing Olympic Park, and the construction practice results of China's sponge city pilot cities: Beijing's sub-center (Tongzhou). The offering of this course helps strengthen national strategic docking, promote international cooperation and exchanges, improve China's soft power, and cultivate ecological civilization envoys with an international perspective.
