研究领域
①抗癌药物开发;②食品营养与健康;③活性肽提取及功能食品开发。目前的研究重点是使用全基因组CRISPR筛查和多组学分析来确定新的蛋白激酶靶点,用于癌症预防和治疗以及营养代谢。这项研究将有助于发现蛋白质的功能,开放新的靶点药物和功能性食品。相关研究成果已发表在Molecular Nutrition and Food Research, Frontiers in Pharmacology, Nucleic Acids Research, Cell Research, FASEB J, Marin Drugs, JBC等国际TOP学术期刊。作为项目负责人主持10多个研究项目,包括国家自然科学基金和上海市自然基金面上项目等国家级及省部级项目。

研究领域
1980年至1988年就读武汉大学医学部医学系和病原生物学专业,先后获医学学士和硕士学位。1993年至1995年获中英科技合作项目资助在英国伦敦大学伦敦卫生和热带医学学院(London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine)进修血清流行病学和分子生物学。1996年-1999年攻读第二军医大学病原生物学博士获医学博士学位。2000年6后研究资助,主要研究转基因技术和斑马鱼发育基因组学。2005年3月应聘美国宾夕法尼亚大学医学院 (University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine )研究助理(Research Associate),从事小鼠胚胎干细胞的培养和造血干细胞定向分化以及抑癌基因表观遗传学和信号转导研究。2009年3月回国就职于上海海洋大学水产与生命学院、上海海洋大学海洋科学研究院海洋生物系统和神经科学研究所。
