酶工程(Enzyme engineering)就是指将酶所具有的生物催化作用,借助工程学的手段,应用于生产、生活、医疗诊断和环境保护等方面的一门科学技术。酶工程是随着酶学研究迅速发展,特别是酶的应用推广使酶学和工程学相互渗透结合、发展而成的一门新的技术科学,是酶学、微生物学的基本原理与化学工程相结合而产生的交叉科学技术,旨在通过酶的动力学特性分析、酶反应器的设计,使酶能够在工业上发挥其独特、重要的作用。概括地说,酶工程是由酶制剂的生产和应用两方面组成的。酶工程的重点在于通过有效获取酶、改造酶,并利用酶的催化特性,定向加速自然环境和人工环境的物质化学反应。酶的应用已遍及工业、农业、医药业、环境保护、能源开发、化学分析以及生命科学理论研究等领域。 通过本课程的学习,要求各专业学生较全面了解酶学与酶工程的具体内容,掌握酶工程的基本理论,解决酶工程产业化过程中出现的主要问题;理解并掌握酶分析方法和技术、化学酶工程和生物酶工程的相关内容,特别是固定化酶的生产技术和应用。学会综合运用所学的基本理论知识和技术来解决一些与生产相关的实际问题,并为从事新产品和新工艺的研究与开发奠定应有的理论基础。 目前,本开放平台已构建了相关教材的配套教学视频,每章节按照教学周期对教学教案做了及时更新,同时在每节课程后都汇编有丰富的在线测试试题,以及与本课程有关的学习辅导资料、学生汇报资料和学生汇报视频等,能够多方面、全方位提高课程的教学效果,为课程的进一步开放创造了扎实条件。
